1. Arizona CardinalsKyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma
2. San Francisco 49ers – Nick Bosa, Edge, Ohio State
3. New York Giants (from NYJ) – Josh Allen, Edge, Kentucky

The Giants trade a second and fifth rounder in this year’s draft to move up and take the OLB perfectly suited for their new 3-4 defense. While Allen’s sack numbers at Kentucky last year were outstanding, he would be best served to play in a 3-4 front in order to utilize his tremendous coverage ability. I’m sure Rep will still hate the pick because of the trade up even though the player is a perfect fit.

4. Oakland RaidersQuinnen Williams, DT, Alabama
5. Buffalo Bills (from TB) Ed Oliver, DT, Houston
6. New York Jets (from NYG) Brian Burns, Edge, Florida State
7. Washington Redskins (from JAX)Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State

In another NFCE trade up, Washington moves up to grab their QB of the future. The Redskins give up their 2019 second rounder and a 2020 day 2 pick to Jacksonville in the trade, but receive a fourth rounder in return, filling the void from their midseason trade for Haha Clinton-Dix. Haskins can sit behind Keenum for a year or even get  few games of experience late in the 2019 season.

8. Cincinnati Bengals (from Det)Drew Lock, QB, Missouri
9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (from BUF)Montez Sweat, Edge, Mississippi State
10. Denver BroncosTJ Hockenson, TE, Iowa
11. Detroit Lions (from CIN) Rashan Gary, DE, Michigan
12. Green Bay PackersDevin Bush, LB, Michigan
13. Minnesota Vikings (from MIA)Cody Ford, OT, Oklahoma
14. Atlanta FalconsJawaan Taylor, OT, Florida
15. Jacksonville Jaguars (from WAS)Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama
16. Carolina Panthers – Clelin Ferrell, DE, Clemson
17. New York Giants (from CLE) – Daniel Jones, QB, Duke

Apparently the Giants love them some Jones. Whether that’s true or a bunch of smoke is anyone’s guess. Figured I’d just buy into the rumors and have them take him since he dropped into their laps at 17.

18. Oakland Raiders (from MIA via MIN) – Devin White, LB, LSU
19. Tennessee TitansMarquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma
20. Pittsburgh SteelersByron Murphy, CB, Washington
21. Indianapolis Colts (from SEA) Christian Wilkins, DT, Clemson
22. Baltimore RavensGarrett Bradbury, iOL, NC State
23. Houston Texans Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State
24. Miami Dolphins (from OAK)Greedy Williams, CB, LSU
25. Kansas City Chiefs (from PHI) – Erik McCoy, iOL, Texas A&M
26. New England Patriots (from SEA via IND) – Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
27. Oakland Raiders Chase Winovich, DE, Michigan
28. Los Angeles ChargersChris Lindstrom, iOL, Boston College
29. Philadelphia Eagles (from KC) – Jeffery Simmons, DT, Mississippi State

Simmons has to go earlier than this, but I just can’t seem to place him with a team. I also can’t seem to pass on him when he falls to the Eagles. Philadelphia picks up a third rounder in the trade and gives Andy one of their fourths. Considering the depth of this draft, the Eagles 3 day three picks should provide enough immediate help to soften the blow should they have to redshirt Simmons.

30. Green Bay Packers – DK Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss
31. Los Angeles RamsDexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson
32. Seattle Seahawks (from NE) Darnell Savage, S, Maryland
