  1. Cleveland Browns – Myles Garrett, DE, Texas A&M

The Browns avoid Browning and take a very talented edge rusher that has been widely considered the consensus #1 pick.

  1. San Francisco 49ers – Marshon Lattimore, CB, Ohio State

SF would like to trade out of this spot, but find no worthy offers and take the draft’s best CB.

  1. Carolina Panthers – Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU

TRADE – The Panthers trade #8 and one of their second round picks to the Bears to jump ahead of Jacksonville for Fournette.

  1. Cleveland Browns – Mitch Trubisky, QB, North Carolina

TRADE – The Browns can’t avoid Browning for long and trade #12, a second, and a third to the Jaguars and take the Ohio native to lead their franchise.

  1. Tennessee Titans – Solomon Thomas, DE, Stanford

The Titans are surprised to see Thomas still on the board and quickly add the versatile lineman to their defensive front despite more pressing secondary needs.

  1. New York Jets – Malik Hooker, S, Ohio State

The Jets desperately need secondary help and Hooker has the range and ball skills (couldn’t help it) to become an elite safety in the NFL.

  1. Los Angeles Chargers – Jonathan Allen, DL, Alabama

Despite more pressing needs along the offensive line and in the secondary, Allen is too good to pass up and will allow Joey Bosa to wreak havoc off the edge in Gus Bradley’s newly implemented 4-3.

  1. Chicago Bears – Jamal Adams, S, LSU

TRADE – The Bears traded down with Carolina and are thrilled to see Adams still on board. They quickly add him to their secondary.

  1. Cincinnati Bengals – Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee

While this pick screams Reuben Foster because it’s Cincinnati, they opt to take the more valuable position in DE Derek Barnett.

  1. Buffalo Bills – OJ Howard, TE, Alabama

The Bills lost 2 of their top 3 WRs in FA and get a much needed weapon for Tyrod Taylor.

  1. New Orleans Saints – Reuben Foster, LB, Alabama

NO needs defense badly and rolls the dice on a top 5 talent.

  1. Jacksonville Jaguars – Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama

TRADE – The Jaguars added 2 day two picks by trading down with Cleveland and take Robinson in the hopes of establishing a ground game that was nonexistent last season.

  1. Arizona Cardinals – Gareon Conley, CB, Ohio State

The Cardinals strengthen their secondary by finding a top corner to pair with Patrick Peterson.

  1. Philadelphia Eagles – Charles Harris, DE, Missouri

You knew I was going here. With Conley off the board, I had to or I wouldn’t respect myself.

  1. Indianapolis Colts – Haason Reddick, LB, Temple

The Colts add one of the drafts best athletes and biggest question marks to their defense.

  1. Baltimore Ravens – Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan

The Ravens need to get Joe Flacco a legitimate weapon on the outside and Corey Davis fits the bill.

  1. Washington Redskins – Christian McCaffrey, RB, Stanford

The Redskins find an all-around playmaker in McCaffrey and pair him with the more powerful Kelley to complete their backfield.

  1. Tennessee Titans – Mike Williams, WR, Clemson

Williams falls into the Titans’ lap and they don’t waste any time picking up a #1 wideout for Marcus Mariota.

  1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Forrest Lamp, OL, Western Kentucky

Lamp very well might be the classes best offensive lineman.

 20. Denver Broncos – Ryan Ramczyk, OT, Wisconsin

The Broncos need a tackle and as long as Ramczyk clears medically, he becomes a quality starter day 1.

  1. Seattle Seahawks – Garrett Bolles, OT, Utah

TRADE – the Seahawks trade #26 and a 3rd round pick to move up to the Lions’ pick and take the last remaining offensive lineman with a first round grade on their board.

  1. Miami Dolphins – Jarrad Davis, LB, Florida

The Dolphins stay in state and select the play-making LB from Florida to play alongside Shakiko.

  1. Kansas City Chiefs – Patrick Mahomes, QB, Texas Tech

TRADE – The Chiefs trade #27, a 3rd, and a 5th to the Giants to move ahead of the Texans and take their QB of the future.

  1. Oakland Raiders – John Ross, WR, Washington

The Raiders pull the trigger on the speedy, yet oft injured WR to complete their WR corps and give David Carr a dynamic weapon that can start immediately in the slot.

  1. Houston Texans – Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson

The Texans attempt trade up a few spots to land Mahomes, but were outbid by Andy Reid. They are content to take the less talented Watson who simply has a knack for winning.

  1. Detroit Lions – Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama

TRADE – The Lions traded back with Seattle to take the uber-talented CB from Alabama to play alongside Slay and strengthen their secondary.

  1. New York Giants – Malik McDowell, DT, Michigan State

TRADE – The Giants trade down and roll the dice on McDowell, who’s talent warrants a much higher pick, but who’s motor has been questioned by many.

  1. Dallas Cowboys – Kevin King, CB, Washington

It’s no secret the Cowboys need a couple of starting CBs. King was a big winner at the combine and the Cowboys take him to start opposite their big FA acquisition of Nolan Carroll.

  1. Pittsburgh Steelers – Takkarist McKinley, OLB, UCLA

James Harrison is really old. McKinley is a dynamic pass rusher with a constant motor who fits what the Steelers like to do.

  1. Green Bay Packers – Tre’Davious White, CB, LSU

The Packers need secondary help and add the versatile Badgers’ captain to help fill the void left by the departure of Micah Hyde.

  1. Atlanta Falcons – Taco Charlton, DE, Michigan

Atlanta needs a pass rusher opposite Vic Beasley. Charlton has a rare combination of size and bend.

  1. New Orleans Saints – Jabrill Peppers, S, Michigan

The Saints double down on defense in round 1 and take the versatile Peppers to pair with Foster in the middle of their defense.
