The Cowboys are 2-10 in games Greg Hardy played including a 7 game losing streak. He only has 16 tackles and 1.5 sacks over the past 6 games and they are paying him over 2 million per sack this season. I doubt any team other than the Cowboys would want that lowlife so Jerry won’t have to pay him much more than 16 to 18 mil or so per season.
I know he lost the bet and loves to troll the Eagles but he should be allowed back by now. The kid is missing the one season the Skins might get to the playoffs.

I can understand Eagles fans frustration, I really can. Two years ago (when I said that they had the best team in the division) their talent was without compare in the East. Studs at lots of positions. But after two years of Chip getting rid of all those guys now this is the least talented. He hasn’t produced, that high ankle sprain, which was pretty severe, pretty much killed his season. He won’t recover fully until the offseason. It killed his speed and he didn’t get the reps he needed to work on his technique, so when he came back after 8 weeks, he was not anywhere near what he was prior to the injury. No happened to Demacus Lawrence his rookie year, Lawrence is really coming on the last half of this season. He’s been a monster against the rush & is really getting a good pass rush now, I expect Gregory to be much better next season.

The biggest mistakes in the East this off season are on the Cowboys/Eagles and Giants for not trading a 5th round pick for Brandon Marshall the way the Jets did. All 3 of those teams are in desperate need of a good WR and passed on a great one who’s only getting 9 mil this season, 9.5 next and 7.5 in 2017.
I hope we sit everyone and lose to get a top 10 draft pick.

I think they’ve all gotten the short end of blocking. That line was in flux all year. Jennings in particular has been hammered. Do I think he is a weapon that you feature on offense? No. But I think he’s a guy who doesn’t limit what they want to do on offense and can even supplement it when all the other pieces are working. Even Vereen wasn’t used as much down the stretch for some inexplicable reason.

Teidden I would love to have a franchise QB and so would the Giants fans. Murray has been horrible but at least we can get out without getting killed by his contract. As frustrated as I am – along with other Eagles fans are – with Chip Kelly, the only way he leaves after this season is if he resigns. There is no decision for Lurie to make. For firing Chip with be an omission of failure on Lurie’s part. And Lurie is probably the only person in Philly with a bigger ego than Chip. Plus Lurie is a “believer” in Chip. The only thing I can see Lurie doing is forcing Chip’s hand to make coaching changes and (maybe, though highly unlikely) having Chip leave the personnel decisions to Marynowitz or someone else (please come back Howie)

Fiversons No Spin Zone If I had confidence in Chip turning things around, I would be endorsing his return as opposed to being whatever about being stuck with him for at least one more year. I just have not seen anything from him this season to make me think that he can turn things around. Whether it is from a personnel standpoint (“benching” Murray was not sending a message to players) or from a philosophical standpoint (more plays under center, more play action).
It would not be a mistake to fire Chip now. Not in the fans or media’s eyes. It would be though in Lurie’s. And Lurie has hitched too much onto the Chip Wagon to bail after a season like this.
