Even in college football they are ridiculous, like the chop block penalty on FSU after Dalvin Cook ran for 30 yards putting us in good field position to score against Clemson. Or the targeting penalty against FSU that had our player ejected when it wasn’t even targeting. He led with his shoulder and the WR lowered his head. FSU had Clemson beat in that game but once again Clemson gets lucky and skirts by with a win. FSU had themselves to blame also for the numerous false start penalties that only kept up going backward.
