Billy Boy sucks as a DC. And the D was doing great. But the offense sucking balls doesn’t help. The D (to me) has looked sluggish, one step too slow too much too often lately. They’re dependent too much on getting TOs (perfect example was the Sims TD in the Tampa Game. Maxipad couldd’ve knocked that ball down. Instead, he’s going for the INT). And they’re on the field too much. Bad combination given how incompetent Billy Boy is. I agree Billy needs go. And should’ve have been gone.

Weech I did it after my son was born (since I didn’t get leave), hated every second of it. Not being able to interact with my employees, not having all my tech, just was brutal. But I got to hang out with my wife and newborn and get paid, so that worked.
