1. Russell Okung, offensive tackle: The former Seattle tackle has a strong market for a player facing a five-month recovery from shoulder surgery. Representing himself in free agency, Okung has offers on the table from the Steelers, Lions, Giants and Seahawks.

2. Chris Long, defensive end: Long can still rush the passer, but age (30) and recent injuries led to his release from the Rams. His world tour has taken him to New England, Atlanta, Dallas and Washington.

3. Ryan Fitzpatrick, quarterback: Word around the campfire is Fitzpatrick is seeking $18 million annually versus the Jets’ standing offer of just $7 million per year. Although the Broncos have sent out feelers, it still seems likely that Fitzpatrick and Gang Green will meet in the middle.

4. Reggie Nelson, safety: The Redskins and Falcons have reportedly kicked Nelson’s tires on the heels of his first Pro Bowl season at age 32.

5. Donald Penn, tackle: Coming off a strong season protecting Derek Carr’s blindside, Penn is looking for top dollar in his last shot at a big contract. His best bet might be a return to Oakland, ensuring that newly signed Kelechi Osemele stays at guard rather than kicking out to left tackle.

6. Andre Smith, tackle: Although he’s drawn interest from Buccaneers, he said Monday that his decision will come down to the Vikings and the Cardinals.

7. Nick Fairley, defensive tackle: Fairley is reportedly on the radar of the Eagles and Jets after a strong season as a rotational defensive tackle in STL.

8. Arian Foster, running back: Still rehabbing from Achilles tendon surgery, Foster is expected to delay a decision on his next team until later in the offseason.

9. Anquan Boldin, wide receiver: There have been no reports of interest thus far. Perhaps the Bengals, Texans or Vikings will be enticed by his toughness, catch-point prowess and leadership.

10. Walter Thurmond, safety: According to Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News, though, the 28 year old is contemplating retirement. That might explain why he hasn’t been publicly connected to any teams in the past week.
