GOOD MORNING SKA USERS. IT’S TUESDAY AND THAT MEANS IT’S TIME TO ARM YOURSELVES… WITH KNOWLEDGE!!!

It’s Thanksgiving weekend in the NFCW. I’m sure we ALL have a lot to be thankful for!! I can’t think of anything right off the top of my head, but if I give it some time I’ll probably come up with something.

Tables are awfully popular this time of year. So let’s have some… STATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NFCW Quarterbacks (Ranked by Passer Rating)
    J Goff – 195/318 (61.3%) 2,610 yds, 8.2 ypa, 16td, 4 int, 98.9 rtg
    R Wilson – 236/377 (62.6%) 2,801 yds, 7.4 ypa, 21 td, 7 int, 96.0 rtg
    C Beathard – 101/186 (54.3%) 1,229 yds, 6.6 ypa, 4 td, 5 int, 70.8 rtg
    D Stanton – 44/91 (48.4%) 540 yds, 5.9 ypa, 3 td, 2 int, 68.9 rtg

NFCW Rushers (Ranked by Rushing Yards)
    T Gurley – 187 att, 791 yds, 4.2 ypc, 8 td, 5 fum
    C Hyde – 141 att, 592 yds, 4.2 ypc, 4 td, 1 fum
    R Wilson – 58 att, 376 yds, 6.5 ypc, 2 td, 4 fum
    A Peterson – 109 att, 369 yds, 3.4 ypc, 2 td, 3 fum

    What’s Changed?
The Rams have embarassed themselves and the NFCW. As temporary Division leaders, it is their duty to acquit the Division well to the rest of the League.

Their numbers have begun to regress to the mean – which is a fancy way of saying they’ve been exposed. In the NFCW, greatness is measured in Yellow Highlighting. Last week the Rams had 8 categories in the Yellow, and they were 1st-overall in 3 categories. All of that has changed and it’s only a matter of time before they Coug it.

    My Analysis
Just when I thought I had Copy/Pasted it all, Russell Carrington Wilson continues to astound me and everyone else – statistically speaking. He added 344 more total yards and 3 TDs to his astonishing 2017 Season, and even had a perfect form tackle and a forced fumble. What a guy. Stats are what Football is all about, and right now Russell is in a league of his own.

In addition to all of that, he has an indomitable strength of character and unrelenting positivity. No matter the score or the situation he doesn’t panic and he always gives his team a fighting chance. When you ascend to this level of greatness wins and losses become almost inconsequential. Losses are only a reflection of the mortal fallibility of his teammates and coaches. And sometimes the refs.

The Seahawks have quietly won 5 of their last 7, and they have a home game in Santa Clara against their formal rival, the San Francisco 49ers.
