Munkey’s All NFC West Team for the Stretch Run

BKOB is a master article writer, but his shit has been up long enough. Here is some fodder to replace it.

It is time for the stretch run in the NFC West. Arizona is 8-1, and although Palmer is out for the year, this is a team that seems to be overcoming anything and everything that has been thrown at it. Seattle and San Francisco have limped to their respective 6-3 and 5-4 records, and cannot be counted out. The Rams suck.

I present the All-Stretch NFC West Team. The players that I’d take right now, for the remainder of the season.

    DEFENSE:
LCB – Richard Sherman … he’s having an ‘off’ year, but Seattle’s opposing QBs have targeted their right side (typically the preferred side for QBs) less than any other team in the league, and he is still leading the league in fewest receptions allowed per coverage snap
RCB – Perrish Cox … PP is obviously more talented, but Cox has been getting the job done at a high level
    FS – Earl Thomas
SS – Kam Chancellor … he’s fixing to render some assholes
    Rush LB – Aldon Smith
ILB – Chris Borland … the mere presence of a bald and armless white retard running around tackling everything will inspire his teammates
    OLB – K.J. Wright
    LDE – Michael Bennett
    RDE – Robert Quinn
    Ugly DL1 – Calais Campbell
    Ugly DL2 – Justin Smith
The nickel back would be Mathieu

    OFFENSE:
    QB – Wilson, Russell (because)
    RB – Marshawn Lynch
TE – none, they all suck
WR – Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin, John Brown and Michael Floyd
OT – Jared Vehldeer and Joe Staley
OG – J.R. Sweezy and Mike Iupati
    C – Max Unger

Bruce Miller would be the FB

    K – Haushcka
P – The Cardinal punter (list needs more Cardinals)
LS – Bruce Arians (this list still needs more Cardinals)

It seems like there should be more Cardinals on this list but I decided against it.
