You may or may not remember, a few years ago the topic of most dominant QB in the division was raging hot. There was a lively discussion primarily between Niner and Seahawk fans defending their respective QB’s; Colon Suckadick and Russell “The Great” Wilson.
At the time, I wrote an enthralling article that ended the debate and predicted the collapse of the now benched San Francisco QB. However, in the article I dared not compare a future HOFer in Wilson (let’s be honest, he could probably get in first ballot if he retired tomorrow) with the tortoise fucking retard. Instead, I compared Super Bowl Champion Tarvaris Jackson to the former starting SF QB.
While the Colonel Eatadick supporters have disappeared or recanted, it has been brought to my attention that an even more pretentious group of misguided fans have emerged: Carson Palmer supporters. As absurd as it may seem, these Super Bowl-less, baby eating, godless heathens believe (and I assure you I am not making this up) that Carson is a better QB than Wilson. Outrageous! So, I believe that someone must set them straight and if that someone must be me, King Dr. Noshoes2 PhD, then so be it.
Before diving into the stats, let’s just take a gander at this group of clearly delusional people to see if they have any credibility. Let us begin with the most intelligent of the group. After pouring over hours of comments and running the data through complex algorithms, it has been shown that MFA, former Navy Seal and current 4th place champion of Bumfuck Data’s Annual Christmas Go Kart Extravaganza is the most intelligent. Yes, this is a sad group of people indeed.
We also have Keal, who I will prove has lost all grip on reality. Exhibit A; he believed creating this site was a GOOD and potentially profitable idea. I don’t really think I need to go on.
What about DHC? Known racist and alcoholic. This guy is a hardened criminal who did real time. You just can’t trust anything he says.
I should probably mention the other fans, such as AZKard and Sugar Dick, but I believe the point has been made. I wouldn’t trust these asshats to hold my half-drunken warm Natty Ice, should we really trust their judgement when it comes to evaluating talent? Obviously not.
Maybe you’re saying to yourself, “Dr Noshoes, I understand these fags can’t be trusted, but I am a cold-hard stats guy. What do you have in the way of numbers?” Excellent question. Let’s get right down to the facts.
First let’s look at their career numbers for regular season and playoffs.
As you can see, it is clear domination by RW. He leads in every important category except one. Playoff INT% where Palmer has a slight edge. This is due mostly to RW intentionally throwing 5 INTs during the 2015 NFCCG to prove that he could win a game even with taking the first 55 minutes off.
You may be saying sure RW is clearly the superior QB if you only look at Regular Season and Playoff numbers, but how do they compare in the most important games? Glad you asked. Let’s look at the most important game of them all; the Super Bowl.
As evidenced by the above graphic, the comparison is laughable.
The facts have been presented and the results are clear. RW is the better QB. I’d like to thank you for taking this journey with me and proving once and for all that RW is the superior QB. May we all enjoy watching a third straight Seahawks Super Bowl appearance and their second win in three years.
