GOOD MORNING SKA USERS. IT’S TUESDAY AND THAT MEANS IT’S TIME TO ARM YOURSELVES… WITH KNOWLEDGE!!!
Today on the The Real BKOB Report, we congratulate the Seattle Seahawks on their historic, NFL-Record Setting Streak – 95 games without a blowout loss. Six years of ultra-competitiveness, where they were literally NEVER out of a game. What a ride it’s been.
October 30th, 2011. Think of how far back that was. Only 7 of our 22 starters were even in the league at that point. Puss in Boots was the #1 Movie in America. Barack Obama was President. Tribe was just becoming curious about American Football, after his friends’ parents suddenly bought them Alex Smith jerseys.
Yes, streaks are fun. But they’re also kind of silly. It’s easy to get overly-fixated on them. Like, when Joe Buck says “So-and-so has completed 12 passes in a row” I always think “My God, he’ll never throw another incomplete pass again. He’s worked out some sort of mathematical formula that allows him to find the open receiver on every pla– Oh wait, he just got intercepted. Never mind.”
And I’m suddenly reminded that streaks can end at any time. The players are human after-all, and that’s ok.
So here’s to the beginning of NEW streaks! If the Seahawks start now, they can break their own record some time in late-2022.
Until then, I have a streak of my own: I’ve never missed a Real BKOB Report deadline. And even though the division went 0-4 for the 3rd time this season, the Knowledge Seekers still want their STATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What’s Changed?
Oddly enough, most of the NFCW Teams actually IMPROVED their yardage stats/rankings over the weekend (The 49ers got rid of two “Red” categories). And yet, we fans were left with four demoralizing losses?? This just illustrates the importance of Points in the NFL. That’s some Golden Boner-worthy analysis. Award.
My Analysis:
The final three weeks of the season are packed with Division games – The games that really make things interesting around here, especially for the teams that don’t have the playoffs to look forward to.
This week should be very interesting for the Rams and Seahawks. On a short week, the Rams must travel to Seattle – a place where they’ve won one game in the past twelve years – with an interim Head Coach, an unknown rookie QB, no rushing attack to speak of, and the 26th ranked pass rush in the league. They literally have no good players.
All signs point to a big Seahawks victory – one that would clinch their 5th straight playoff berth, and their 3rd NFCW Title in the past 4 Seasons… but it IS the Rams. They tend to defy Knowledge from time-to-time, which is why we all hate them.
And now, how about your feedback? I was tempted to write an entire article about Jeff Fisher, but you guys have already said all of the funny things about him. Plus I trashed him in last week’s article. See what happens when you refuse to apologize to the Knowledge Seekers for being terrible?
Thank you, and always remember: Kill… Danny… O’neil…………………..
