Good morning SKA users. It’s Tuesday and that means it’s time to Arm Yourselves… WITH KNOWLEDGE!!!

That’s right, ladies and gentlemen. Week 4 has come and gone and that means it’s time – once again – for everybody to climb aboard the KNOWLEDGE TRAIN!!

What makes Week 4 so important? Well, because that’s how long it takes to build a fertile sample size from which we gather our Stats. The Real BKOB Report isn’t about overreacting to one good game, or one bad game. We’re all about the Big Picture, here! And If you harvest your Knowledge-Melons before they’re ripe, you’re gunna have a bad time. Just ask Joe Philbin:

“Going into the game, we were fifth in the NFL in scoring defense. Obviously we’re not going to be that coming out of the game.” -Joe Philbin after a Week 3 loss.

Uh, yeah Mr. Philbin, that’s what happens when you look at Defensive Rankings after Week 2. Seriously, I can just picture this guy laying in bed at night, looking at his laptop after Week 2, and saying “Look Honey! My team is 5th in the League in scoring defense!” Which is the same as saying “Look Honey! We’ve had one good game!”

And that’s why Philbin is on the Bread Line, while I’m over here getting sized up for my latest Golden Boner… Award.

But enough about that guy. Let’s get to the part you’ve all been waiting for… The STATS!!!!!!!!!

    What’s changed?
Honestly… not much has changed since last year. We have Carson Palmer and the Cardinals off to a hot start. We’ve got Seattle stumbling to an unexpected 2-2 record. And we’ve got the Rams, who also participate in football games.

I guess the most dramatic change we’ve seen this season has been the 49er Fans’ reaction towards their new Head Coach, Jim Tomsula. All of the good faith and equity he had built up during his epic One-game win streak has seemingly evaporated as the blowout losses continue to pile up. You gotta wonder if he and Kaepernick have been getting their statistical information from unapproved sources, like Joe Philbin.

    My Analysis:
The more things change, the more they stay the same. I’m not really sure what that means, but check out the Seahawks Defense! For the fourth year in a row, they are dominating. And for the second year in the row, they’re doing it WITHOUT Sacks and Turnovers.

In a way, this make their statistics even more impressive. Teams are obviously being very careful picking their spots. These offenses aren’t making mistakes, they just simply can’t match up. Look for that trend to continue for at least six more years.

There you go folks. Don’t you feel better? Doesn’t the Knowledge refresh your soul, and allow you to TRULY enjoy this new NFL Season? I love this country! Post your feedback in the Comments section, and let me know how much my articles inspire you to be a better person.

Thank you, and always remember: Kill… Danny… O’neil.
