The Super Bowl is over, and the winner was not an NFCW Team. I blame k1 and the So-Called “Rams” for rigging the NFCW Tiebreaker system. We all know the Eagles would not have advanced if they had to face the Mighty Seattle Seahawks, because they haven’t beat Seattle since 2009 (and only once since 2002).
Oh well, we’ll get ’em next year. For now, let’s enjoy some more 2024 Excerpts from the Real BKOB Report
Week 13
If you want to find #MVPurdy’s stats, look near the middle of the pack league-wide and then scroll down a few rows (i.e. “below average”) despite the 49ers having a Top 10 rushing attack, a Top 5 Defense, and allowing the 11th fewest sacks (i.e. “ideal circumstances for a young QB”).
But in a lot of ways, Purdy is ahead of schedule. It took Jimmy G five years to develop from “Baby Brady” to “scapegoat for Shanahan’s failure”, and it sure looks like Purdy will beat that mark.
Week 14
The 49ers picked up a rare victory this weekend. I’m hoping that means MORE COMMENTS on SKA’s NFCW articles. Don’t think those two things are related? Well, talk to the Table, Brochacho!
As you can see, SKA participation rates plummet as SF’s record gets worse and worse. Thanks, Brock. Particularly devastating was SF’s Week 10 loss at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks, when Geno Smith effectively ended their season with his last-minute heroics. Apparently some people don’t appreciate NFCW greatness. If that’s the case, then this article might not be for you.
Week 15
Elsewhere in the Division, Brock Purdy and Mike Shanahan continue to hold back the elite talent on their team’s roster, and I think that’s wonderful. Despite the fact that SF has the best Team Stats across the board in the NFCW, they remain in the Divisional basement and it’s all Brock’s fault. He had his 4th game with 0 TDs this season. For reference, Russell Carrington Wilson has 4 games with 0 TDs since 2021. Now that’s a REAL QB for ya. The vaunted SF offense is averaging 9.8 points per game since losing to the Seahawks in Week 11. You love to see it, Knowledge Seekers.
