GOOD MORNING SKA USERS. IT’S TUESDAY AND THAT MEANS IT’S TIME TO ARM YOURSELVES… WITH KNOWLEDGE!!!
It’s time for another fan-favorite BKOB Report segment to make its return to SpikedKoolAid.com!! Ladies and Gentlekrunks, I present to thee:
NFCW Legends: Where Are They Now? – Sam Darnold Edition
Darnold found his greatest career success immediately after leaving the dysfunctional, underachieving 49ers and their horrible fans. Since then, he’s won twice as many games as his former team (including a Week 2 victory over SF) and his team is firmly in contention for the #1 Seed. Womp womp. He somehow managed to do all of this WITHOUT having six All-Pro teammates on Offense to help make him look good. Who’da thunk it.
Let’s take a closer look at his 2024 stats compared to his old teammate, Brock Purdy aka #MVPurdy
Amazing!! I can’t tell if Darnold makes it look easy, or if #MVPurdy just makes it look so, so difficult.
If you want to find #MVPurdy’s stats, look near the middle of the pack league-wide and then scroll down a few rows (i.e. “below average”) despite the 49ers having a Top 10 rushing attack, a Top 5 Defense, and allowing the 11th fewest sacks (i.e. “ideal circumstances for a young QB”).
But in a lot of ways, Purdy is ahead of schedule. It took Jimmy G five years to develop from “Baby Brady” to “scapegoat for Shanahan’s failure”, and it sure looks like Purdy will beat that mark.
I’ve already provided you with more than enough Knowledge for the week, but I’m just getting started!! Enjoy these STATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Analysis:
For a minute there it looked like the Cardinals would win and the Seahawks might lose, thereby tossing the NFCW standings back into turmoil. But then the opposite happened (Darnold strikes again!!). The Seahawks Defense is rounding into form – preventing long, sustained TD drives. In the three games since their bye week, Seattle’s defense has allowed a total of 3 TD drives of 50 or more yards – and one of those was extended by a penalty after a 3rd Down stop at mid-field. Not too shabby, imo.
This week the Seahawks and Cardinals face off in one of the biggest games remaining on the NFCW Schedule. Will the Trollercoaster of NFCW standings continue to churn? Or will the Seahawks blast off to an historic Golden Age of Macdominance?? Find out next week on The Real BKOB Report, right here on is SpikedKoolAid.com
Elsewhere in the Division, the dysfunctional and underachieving 49ers continue to humiliate themselves on a weekly basis. I had a feeling they would lose by 25 points when I noticed one of #MVPurdy’s All-Pro teammates was missing from the lineup. That’s a ridiculously good indicator of his success, or lack thereof. I predict that things will only get worse and worse for the Niners in the coming weeks, while the rest of us enjoy the show 🍿
And now, how about your feedback? Any other NFCW Legends you’d like a “Where Are They Now” segment? I’ll consider your suggestions, but only if I think they’ll make Adu mad.
Thank you, and always remember: Kill… Danny… O’neil…………………
